I am a die hard fan of wireless headphones and definitely a fanboy when it comes to Sony. However, we know that it can be costly. At the same time the cheap ones sounds horrible as well the Bluetooth audio lag is miserable by far standards. The Elysium Signature HyperBass 2 is something to check out especially that we know its by LEAPFROGLOBAL. In case you don’t know, they are the ones who are behind Armaggeddon, SonicGear, Alcatroz and many more. Let’s find out more about this product through this review.

Design
For the price range, the quality as well the feel of plastic is really well done. I personally attracted to the matte finishing which of course enhances the premium feeling. The ear padding are really comfortable and to be honest the kinda like feel quite expensive, but of course we all know these days that something that feels expensive are no longer expensive. Wearing it for long hours does not feel much strain on your ears. My head is not really huge and therefore i just adjusted to half of the maximum capability.
Sound
To surprise me, this headphones really sound good! The audio isn’t the crispiest out there but still this is something for you to try out. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.0, you get quite decent range as well as lesser audio lag compared to the ones with lower version. If you really want zero-lag performance, you definitely can opt for the 3.5mm audio cable but to be honest, the wireless lag is hardly noticeable.
Elysium claims that you can get 25 hours of playback time on a single charge provided you’re on 60% volume. However, I managed get 25 hours at around the range of 40% to 60% volume range. To get a full charge of this headphones, you would need roughly just few minutes pass 2 hours. Do ensure to plug it to a wall plug instead of USB slot in your laptop or desktop as the charging time will be way longer. Forget about the microphone as the quality isn’t really up to the par and you should only get this headphones for the battery life as well as the sound quality.
Speaking of the sound quality, I love bass and it is always about the bass regardless on where I listen to songs. Although the bass is strong but the sound clarity is never forgotten. I would rate the bass at 8 over 10 while the clarity can be given 7 over 10. It is pretty huge rating to be honest and why not just try it out before purchasing at local retailer near you? It is definitely worth the shot.

Instead of going for an OEM brand or something without a brand, this headphones are really value for money. A product crafted just for bass lovers. You should only get this if you prioritize on bass as well as sound clarity.
