One of the decent entry range flagship the market can offer now comes from french game changer Wiko. Wiko had done an amazing job to put together the UFeel Prime, offering generous hardware at a very attractive price range. When you’re on a look for a sub RM1k phone, look no further than the Wiko UFeel Prime!Wiko UFeel Prime Overview

The Body

Wiko UFeel Prime GripThe design is sleek and elegant, it feels just right while you’re holding it and the shape is well designed with ergonomic in mind. Overall, the Wiko Ufeel Prime’s build quality feels robust and premium as well as the curved edges of the phone makes it easy to hold single-handed.

The Display

Wiko UFeel Prime ScreenThe Wiko UFeel Prime comes with a FHD 5inch IPS screen, with a resolution of an impressive 441 PPI which is as good as an iPhone 7 Plus could go! It produces sharp images with a well balance brightness even under direct sunlight (Thanks to the CABC Technology).

The Hardware

Wiko UFeel Prime GamingThe heart of the Wiko UFeel Prime is Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-Core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, with a whooping 4GB of RAM resulting in a user experience as smooth as a baby’s butt.

For those who keep great collections of music or video, Wiko Ufeel Prime comes with 32GB of internal storage and with micro SD card slot supporting up to 64GB. The Wiko UFeel Prime can handle high-end game with ease. To put it to test, I spent a few laps on the Asphalt 8 Airborne and the game ran fluidly.

The OS

Wiko UFeel Prime OSYou get Marshmallow goodness straight out of box with the Wiko UFeel Prime. It might not be Nougat, but it gets the job done. There is rumor that it is coming soon, so let’s keep our fingers cross. The OS got a few “facelift” from Wiko but it does not sway away from the Stock experience, thus rest assure that the bloatware comes along with it is at minimal.

The Sony Camera

Wiko UFeel Prime Back CameraWiko UFeel Prime pack with a sharp shooting 13MP, Sony IMX 258, F2.8 camera with dual flash and you can expect the Wiko UFeel Prime to capture your picture perfect moments with great resolution!

The selfie camera is a 8MP shooter with front flash which is a great combination of the ergonomic design, as the phone does stand as a really good selfie companion!

The Network

Wiko UFeel Prime AssasoriesThe Wiko UFeel Prime is a dual SIM smartphone, which mean this is quite suitable for a person with multiple numbers. Both SIMs need to be nano SIM but if you require to use a Micro SD card, you do have to sacrifice one SIM card in order to get the job done as it is a Hybrid SIM card slot.

Also, Wiko UFeel Prime is a 4G LTE enabled smartphone, so streaming with this Full HD baby would be a breeze! A word of mention, the phone does comes with a complete range of SIM card adapters. Doesn’t matter what card type you have even if it is nano SIM or Micro SIM, you can use it without any problem.

How long can the Wiko UFeel Prime Last

Finally, the battery is a 3000mAh non-removable type. It will be good enough for your daily tasks and still have some remaining juice by the time you reach home. Based on our tests, the Wiko UFeel Prime will hold up a good 7 hours with some headroom before dropping to 20% of power under heavy load of work or gaming.

The Conclusion

Wiko Ufeel Prime is priced at RM899 which competes alongside RedMi Pro, OPPO F1 and Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime. As far as we can see, this is an extremely tight match. Having most of the phones carrying the similar specification, we at Techslack are very much captivated by the Wiko Ufeel Prime for its ergonomic design, beautiful screen (Best in class PPI), powerful hardware, and competitive price.

Should you be considering Wiko UFeel Prime as one of your choice of Mobile, we here at TechSlack would say, Yes.
