OPPO F1s hands on review

Few weeks ago, I attended the official launch of OPPO F1s in Malaysia which was a pretty grand event with the presence of celebrities. The moment  media experiential zone was open, I was one of the first to rush and managed to grab some nice photos.

At the same time I managed to try out this wonderful smartphone from OPPO. Fortunately OPPO Malaysia decided to give me the unit and an opportunity to try it out and as usual tell my user experience on my full review post. This will be the hands on review where I will be talking about what I feel the moment before and after using it for few days.

What’s in the box?

The focus of this smartphone from OPPO is mainly targeted to the selfie lovers. This is the main selling point with the front facing camera capped at 16MP. It captures wonderful photos of yourself and is absolutely feature packed with loads of filters to play with.

This is also the first phone that I have tried with triple card slot tray. This means that you can use two SIM cards and one micro SD card simultaneously. This is definitely a winning feature because most phones out there these days only offer up to Hybrid SIM slots.

The design is pretty minimal and straightforward. There’s no fancy and bombastic outlook and aims to be one of the prolific smartphone released by OPPO. Most part of this smartphone is made out of metal and feels extremely premium.

This phone feels really premium and nice to hold. There’s also front placed fingerprint scanner which works pretty fast based on my testing. Also, the fingerprint scanner is able to customize where you can actually program each finger of yours to open a particular app by just placing your finger.

As you can see, there’s a lot of new features packed within this low profile smartphone. I can’t wait to write my final full review and let you guys know how it went for me. Just to let you guys know, this smartphone actually has backlit capacitive buttons.

I have told most of the main selling points in this post. As for the in-depth review, it is coming real soon and I can assure you its going to be a good one.
