ABS J18G 12000mAh PowerBank Review – The Powerbank with 2 years warranty

A week ago, this parcel arrived via Poslaju and I was wondering what would it be in the parcel?. Well, I quickly opened up the package and was quite surprised seeing a phone-like packaging in it. After opening it up properly, realized that its the ABS 12000mAh Powerbank that I did not imagine to look as such although the photos are similar but the physical size of the Powerbank is pretty nice.

What’s in the box?

Design

This Powerbank has a very unique design language. It looks very classy being inspired with a leather-like design. The sides are entirely plastic while the front and back part are those covered with leather-like material and stitched finishing. On the front, there’s 4 LED Power indicator while at the back there’s a camera like LED flashlight. On the top part of the ABS Powerbank is where the connectors are situated. There’s two USB Ports available for you to charge simultaneously while there’s one micro USB port for you to charge the Powerbank. On the right side, there’s the Power button to turn ON or OFF the Powerbank.

Features

In terms of features, there’s not much to talk about as this a regular Powerbank. However, each of the USB charging output is at a total of 2.1A while the charging speed of the Powerbank itself supports up to 2A output wall charger. The Powerbank itself is claimed to be long lasting and extremely safe to use. This can be assured with the extensive 2 years of warranty given by their official distributor C2 Gadget (M) Malaysia. You just have to walk-in to their authorized dealers and get it changed 1 to 1 on the spot for another brand new Powerbank.

In order to turn on the LED flashlight, you need to press and hold the power button until the flashlight turns on. You have to just press the power button again to disable the flashlight. It is not the brightest of all, however it works perfectly whenever there’s a need to find something for example during cinema you dropped something on the floor or even inside the car when you are looking for something at the leg rest area.

The total capacity of this Powerbank is 12000mAh and it charges my 3000mAh phone for about 2.5 times in total of full charging. As for the leather-like finishing, I find it to be helpful for you to rest the phone on top of it. This happens most of the time where you will place your phone on top of the Powerbank and get the phone’s display or body scratched due to the Powerbank’s physical build.
