After a long wait and not being so sure about Sony if they will actually release this update for the users of Xperia T,TX,V, and SP, today via Twitter, Sony have announced that these devices will be getting it’s Android 4.3 Jellybean update as early as this month and could complete reaching most regions by mid of February this year.
I know it is nothing as exciting as we all know the latest version of Android is currently the 4.4.2 KitKat, which I am still unsure if Sony would include all these devices into the qualified list of KitKat receive-able, but hey, I am sure most of us would be glad even if we get the 4.3 Jellybean update as it is always something better than nothing. Recently Xperia ZR received it’s Android 4.3 Jellybean update but most of the users faced graphical glitch problems and some homescreen swiping issues which sometimes brings you back to the first page without you even pressing it.
With such problems, even one of my friend complained and was being restless and continuously asking my help to revert his Xperia ZR to the previous 4.1.2 Jellybean which he assumes to be much stable. However, he did claim the device to be much smoother and a huge improvement made when it comes to the User Interface together with attractive themes added which seems to be quite eye-catchy when I was trying out the smartphone.
Okay, lets just hope the update would have fixed these issues by the time it arrives to the respective devices. Do take note that it would take time for it to reach your region, but as long the update is already noticed by some users, it means it is already rolling-on and you could already prepare yourself for the update which can be done via OTA. Keep calm and be patient for the update, don’t start spamming your software update right away after reading this post 😛 .
