As I was just talking about the LG V510 to possibly be the next Nexus device, it ended up actually being the Google Play Edition of the well know latest tablet known as G Pad 8.3 from LG , which leaves me in disappointment knowing that there is no Nexus 8 , but come to think of it, this Google Play Edition of G Pad 8.3 might actually be a good buy if you prefer Google’s Stock Vanilla UI compared to LG UI skin .
With the way Google is going with their constant updates , getting a Google Play Edition device might be actually worth to buy as you could enjoy the latest updates just after few days or even weeks once their flagship devices ‘Nexus’ gets updated. Regardless this V510 not being a Nexus 8, what is your choice now between the original G Pad 8.3 or the Google Play Edition?
